1. Keep Your Distance
For social distancing, maintain at least a 1–2-meter distance from others.
2.Wash Your Hands Frequently
Wash your hands regularly with clean water and soap for at least 20 seconds. If you are in a situation where soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand gel with at least 70% alcohol. Always wash your hands before and after entering your home, eating, or touching your face.
3.Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Mouth, and Nose
Our hands may come into contact with surfaces contaminated with COVID-19, which can transfer germs into our bodies. Be mindful and avoid touching your face.
4.Always Wear a Mask
When going out, always wear a mask. Avoid touching the mask while wearing it, as it may be contaminated with germs.
5.Work From Home
For those working in high-risk areas or those in high-risk groups, working from home is an effective way to help reduce the spread of germs.
